By now, many of us have become aware of the environmental hazards those home-cooling gadgets create. But, we are helpless in helping the environment heal from the injuries, the generating greenhouse gases are creating, unless provided with an alternative.
Perhaps concerned on these lines, Japanese companies Kajima Corp. and Geostr Corp. have jointly taken an amazingly innovative initiative to find a natural alternative. They have developed concrete that is capable of cooling buildings. The concretes are water-retentive and cool down a building when placed on the rooftop in the form of blocks. That’s amazing!
