Eco Factor: Experimental vehicle powered by an electric engine.

Spain’s Technalia Technological Corporation have presented their experimental vehicle, the Dynacar, which is being claimed to hit its top speed of 140kph in just 10 seconds. The all-electric vehicle can also be equipped with an internal combustion engine to extend its range.

The two-seater vehicle has a complete instrument panel to validate systems relative to longitudinal and lateral dynamics. The Dynacar comes with a single-shell, high-rigidity lightweight chassis of steel and aluminum alloy, with an adjustable deformable parallelogram suspension system for all four wheels.

Weighing about 700kg the vehicle generates a peak power of 100KW with a 15KWh battery pack. Acceleration from 0-100kph is estimated to be less than 5.7 seconds, with a top speed of 140kph. The operating range is about 70km, which according to the design team is appropriate for an experimental vehicle.
