Oman-based company plans mysterious EV that can go 2,236 miles on a charge

Eco Factor: Zero-emission vehicle with a range of 2,236 miles.

While the EVs such as the Tesla Roadster and Nissan Leaf do need some improvement in terms of operating range and speed, a company from Oman says it will develop an electric vehicle capable of 2,236 miles on a charge. The plans do seem outrageous for an all-electric vehicle, but the company plans to equip the vehicle with an 800hp motor.

The report states that the car will cost between $70,000 and $921,000 and will do zero to 60 in just 4 seconds. The vehicle will also have solar panels to power the air conditioner. The claims can only be supported with some technical specifications, which unfortunately haven’t been disclosed.
