The head of a research institute at the Dubna Nuclear Institute, situatyed near Moscow, informed.

Valentin Samoilov who head’s the Institute’s center for applied research said, The scientists have successfully created a new substance… This is a battery like no other.
This new-generation battery can get recharged on earth using both solar and stellar energy, independent of meteorological conditions. Thus, it can function 24 hours a day without worries. Rather, this new battery is also claimed to be cheaper than a solar panel.
