Eco Factor: Zero-emission vehicle powered by electricity.
Mitsuoka, a small Japanese coach builder has revealed a stunning avatar of Mitsubishi’s i-MiEV, which unlike the original, packs seating for five passengers. Previously considered only suitable for four passengers, the Japanese company has stretched the length of the vehicle by 6.89 inches, making it suitable for another passenger.
Apart from the increase in the seating capacity, the vehicle, dubbed Like, has also undergone a facial makeover with the addition of metal plating on both the front and rear. Available for delivery in August, the Like will come in five colors and free “Mitsuoka Road Assistance” for three years. Moreover, the Japanese government will help in reducing the car’s cost by $12,600.
