Does the organic wool yarn claimed to be kept chemical-free while processing and to add to, are minimally processed actually reduce impact on the environment, if not the wearer? Does this spare the source of the raw-material – the innocent sheep, camel etc.? If so, to what extent? And to market ‘0-wool’ products commercially, mass slaughter of these innocent animals is and will be a must.

But, destroying bamboo forests, no matter if they are cultivated, is inevitable for mass production of this bamboo-fiber shirt. Cultivating for destroying the plantation puts the environment’s wounds back to square one. To add to it, its buttons are made of coconut shell — Another species to make fall victim to the manufacture of a complete product!
