They say that the ‘Hanging Gardens of Babylon’ were one of the wonders of the ancient world. But the rate at which we are going, it seems that having any gardens could end up being a wonder in the future world. Growing Up’ houses over 1300 predominantly indigenous, drought-tolerant plants that are easy to maintain and sustain even on a green rooftop that is aloft a Skyscraper in 131 Queen Street, Melbourne. The entire Rooftop garden was built largely from recycled material and ones that have low impact on energy. This garden in the skies allows you to take a stroll across like in any other park, has places to sit and even provides for a beautiful vantage point.
