Samsung struck the right chord by launching its two new handsets, W510 and F268. It’s the first bio-plastic mobile (W510) made of natural matter extracted from corn and none of the otherwise used heavy metals are used on this phone. The F268 features accessories free of Brominated Flame Retardant (BFR) and an alarm function indicating the phone is fully charged. Stringent energy-efficiency guidelines set by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Energy are also being followed by the product.
Samsung has truly set an outstanding example in the mobile phone market with the launch of these environment friendly handsets and stressed on the need to use renewable energy. In the near future they also to plan set up a phone recycling system.
Now this is truly commendable and the most impressive thing ever heard.
