Go-Kart 2 Go gives racers an adrenalin rush without emissions

Electric Go-Kart

Go-karting brings the Formula 1 thrill to the lives of all speed loving teenagers around the world. However, with rapid rise in pollution levels and auto makers coming up with clean electric rides, designers too have taken up the challenge to design futuristic vehicles that have zero tailpipe emissions and run either on electric batteries or hydrogen fuel cells. Concept electric vehicles are not limited to only the roads, but there is no dearth of designs that promise to provide an adrenalin rush on the race track as well. The GK2G (Go-Kart to Go) is one such design that has been conceptualized by Beau Reid of Beau Designs.

This electric go-kart is a thrill toy with flexibility. Just fold it up and put it trunk of your car. Made of light weight carbon fiber and backed with lithium batteries, this folding beauty gives a top speed of 60 mph. It can fold up into a 30″x30″x15″ block and can be carried around on holidays and played with in spiraling paths and unending roads. Too much to carry around you say? Fret no more as this weighs only about 65 pounds and this much weight is worth the haul when the fun meter is this high. So slice through the air and splurge your wild side generously with this new century speedy Gonzales.
