Living in the same kind of environment can get quite monotonous at times. What if there was a way to give a different shape to your dwelling whenever you wish to? Well, msk design group has constructed a private residence in Bavaria, Germany that is assembled using mortice-and-tenon joints and bolted joints, which means it can be easily be assembled and dismantled.

Dubbed the “P17”, the no emission, self-sufficient residential building is completely glazed with high quality triple glazing panels featuring a k-value of 0.4. The completely recyclable building uses solar cells to meet with the daily energy requirement. The transparent, all-glass cube brings ample of daylight, saving on power. It features an open living space with a flexible ground plan and highly insulating triple glazing to facilitate a pleasant room climate and the greatest possible transparency.
