Hydrogen-Powered landmowers to help cut emissions

Irani SenNov 8 2006

When the world is planning to curb global warming and reduce emissions, why don't we start with it in our own little ways? The DOE and ECD Ovonics is exactly doing the same. Gardening and adding o to greeneries help contribute towards the environment. But, what about the several lawn equipments out there using which release lots of emissions?

They are working on a method to convert low power internal combustion engines (under 25 hp) to run on hydrogen. Thus, if small contributors to climate change like lawnmowers are slowly replaced with hydrogen-run next generation ones, it would surely make a big difference in the long run.

So, wait for the lawnmowers that may soon be burning clean with hydrogen!
