C-Fix is another efficient alternative. Referred to as carbon concrete, it is a 'thermoplastic'. Shell and the University of Delft have developed this heavy-duty binder. This concrete has been successfully used in two busiest roads of Netherlands. It replaces 90% of concrete and asphalt applications -- the toxic elements of the atmosphere.
