Eco Factor: Gyro-controlled bike for those who don’t usually have a great biking experience.

Biking is one means of transport from history that can lead us to a clean future. However, there are still some who don’t have a clean ride on it. Biking has its own set of disadvantages that range from bruises to broken bones, especially if you try to ride one, assuming you are on a next-gen superbike.

A team of researchers at the Keio University in Yokohama knew exactly what it feels like falling off an innocent bike on the open roads. As expected from Japan, the team has developed a smart solution for all biking woes – a gyroscope controlled electric bike that keeps you from falling head-down on the pavement. While the electric motor saves you from the pain of pedaling, the gyro keeps you perfectly placed on the road.

The Dark Side:

The integration of gyro sensors in the bike has slowed it down considerably. No one would be really interested in riding an electric bike which goes just 9 km an hour.
