Eco Factor: High-tech car painting system by Mazda has the lowest environmental impact.
Mazda Motor Corporation has announced that the company’s new car painting system is the greenest in the world, as it has the lowest environmental impact when compared with other systems used by car manufacturers all over the globe. The new “Aqua-Tech Paint System” reduces the emissions of VOCs by 57% and obviously it improves the painting job as well.
The system maintains the CO2 emissions as the company’s existing “Three Layer Wet Paint” system, but additionally it protects the environment by lowering VOC emissions to just 15 grams per square meter of the painted surface. The company states that they reached these lower levels of emissions by improving paint technology and using a more effective evaporative drying system.
