Eco Factor: Power-efficient monitor lets users track their carbon emissions.
NEC has announced its MultiSync E222W LCD monitor supporting an Eco Mode that helps generate less heat and reduces power consumption as well. To enhance its eco credentials further, it comes with an Intelligent Power Management System and an off timer that turns off the monitor automatically when it’s not in use.
The 22-inch LCD monitor has an OSD options that helps in keeping track of the carbon emissions savings. The MultiSync E222W LCD monitor features a 1680 X 1050 native resolution, 250cd/m2 brightness, 16:10 aspect ratio and 5ms pixel response time. The company will release the MultiSync E222W LCD monitor in July at a price of $269.
