Eco Factor: Solar-powered gadget battery charger.

USB chargers are nothing new to the electronic industry, but there are not many that come with green aesthetics. Making the best use of CeBIT 2009, companies from all over the world launched their creations, some of which were green and others that were not. FSP is another company which made an effort to display its sustainable talents by unveiling a solar-powered power-bank at the electronics show.

The compact power-bank comes with 4,1000mAh built-in lithium-polymer battery that is charged by a solar panel rated at 5V at 30mA. For overcast days, you can always use the DC power adapter for a quick recharge.

The Dark Side:

The solar panel is too small for a continuous USB charge, but if you are willing to help the environment, you can always leave it on your dash and let it do its job all through the day.
