Eco Factor: Human-powered concept radio and flashlight.

Most eco-friendly music players and radios carry either a solar charger which doesn’t work indoors or a hand crank that’s just too hard to use. Product designer Luke Johnson thinks that he can use the design of something as common as a toy car, to develop a radio and a flashlight that can be powered by motion. Dubbed the FlareStorm, the product noticeably shifts both the visual and functional paradigms of human-powered emergency radios.
