Eco Factor: Ecofriendly concept car powered by hydrogen.

Auto designers of today strive to address two main issues in all their cars, which includes low emissions and the ability to be driven on even the most congested of streets. The requirements make them design vehicles with unique capabilities like a shape-shifting rear or omni-directional wheels. Santosh Chawla believes that he has solved the problems in a concept car he calls the “Circulus.”

The three-wheeled car carries a spherical front tire that gives it the ability to turn 360-degrees on a dime, which is a great feature if you’re a regular driver who wants to turn back at the sight of heavy traffic. The rear provides more stability and braking with two normal tires. The spherical tire is powered by an independent engine that runs on hydrogen. The engine is to be located toward the rear as well.

The side body panels are to be made from recycled plastic, and polyurethane will be used for the seats. All other mechanical parts are to be made from aluminum, which will keep the overall weight of the car low.
