Citroen’s i-MiEV-based all-electric car, the C-Zero, has officially been unveiled, and the automaker has stated that the electric car is set to hit showrooms late next year. The car is powered by a 64bhp electric motor that is fueled by a set of lithium-ion batteries.

The car can be fully recharged in six hours via a regular mains socket, after which it has a range of 80 miles. Drivers will also have an option to recharge the car to 80% capacity in just half an hour using a 400V supply. The company claims that the vehicle can accelerate from 0-62mph in 15 seconds, with a decent top speed of 80mph.
