Harumaki and Hirosher began as jewelry designers in 2003, but were soon to realize the shift in trends and began creating accessories and artwork using recycled materials. The artworks they create are mostly constructed from unused skateboard decks.
The latest addition to their fantastic line of recycled artworks is a helicopter art piece constructed from snowboard decks. The designers claim that over 100 snowboard decks were used in the design. Though it doesn’t actually fly, it encourages people to recycle stuff in different fashions to keep unused products from reaching the landfill.
