Finally, finally we have something to get rid of the plastic cups. Now I have nothing against plastic industry, well, on second thought I never liked plastic anyway. See my problem with plastic was not always environmentally inclined. I just hate the taste of those cups on my lips. Finally seems like someone has come up with an idea to change all that. That brilliant idea is called “Earth Cups”.
Plastic is such a nuisance in regards to nature. It is estimated that plastic takes nearly a million years to become part of the surroundings. Now that’s hell of a long time, if you ask me. Moreover plastic cups cause all sorts of problems, especially at beaches. All this makes plastic cups too much to handle. So in come our Earth Cups. These cups are supposed to be 100% decomposable & are made from renewable resources. That means both their production & disposal are eco-friendly.
Most hot cups are coated or entirely made of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). But earth cups are coated with bio-friendly compost able material. They can be used as both hot & cold cups. They also come with a lid. (That’s neat). You could use it for tea or coffee or soft drinks or a lot more. Guess what comes along with all this goodness. You can get custom print. The idea of the cups is a trademark of “Biodegradable Food Service”. So if you want some, then go get some. I just hope this finally solves my problem of plastic cups & the weird smells they come with.
