Climatic time machine! It is an experiment, mimicking a world facing changing environmental conditions. It tests how Australia’s eucalypt forests cope with climate change! This experiment helps a team of University of Western Sydney scientists predict what impact climate change will leave on the Australian bush 100 years from now!
The project will also be studying on how the trees deal with Australia’s decreasing rainfall! In the experiment, half the trees will be well-watered, subjecting the other half to drought.
