Ready to add a splash of color to your life, Buddy, a new solar bag by Swiss solar bag manufacturer Sakku, is a super-eco-friendly solar panel backpack. Crafted in rainbow colors, the bag is made entirely from recycled materials making the power/fashion bag 100% environmentally sound. Each bag is produced with slightly different parts of an old sun shade which makes it an excellent sustainable design while its small 2.5W solar panel makes it a fantastic solar charger as well.
Available in two variants: the ‘direct’ which charges portable devices directly from the flexible solar panel and the ‘akku’ which comes with an integrated rechargeable battery and stores the solar energy continuously, the Buddy Solar Bag retails for €175 and €245 for the direct and the akku models respectively.
