BTL eco friendly sunglasses let you showcase some recycled style

We use the term ‘recycled style’ not because the frame of the shades showcased here is made completely out of recycled material, but the design and styling of these sunglasses surely seems like a throwback to the seventies. It seems that when it comes to shades, the trend these days is to go retro and use huge frames along with bright colors that really stands out in the crowd. When it comes to personal taste, we prefer the sleeker and more neutral look of the ‘Matrix styled’ ones. But maybe that is just an obsession with the flick itself.

Eco friendly sunglasses

Back to the ones on display here, the ‘eco friendly eyewear’ from Josh & Sean is an option to show your love for the planet by wearing shades whose frame is crafted completely from recycled material. That does not mean that the eyewear compromises on quality when it comes to lenses and hinges. You will get Carl Zeiss lenses along with an option to pick up sunglasses with polarized lenses along with hinges that sport a 5 barrel design.

The frame is repurposed out of unique materials and if you are one of the backers of the project on Kickstarter, then you will get ones that are extra clear and the best among the line. Since it is not always easy to find recyclable material that can be crafted into frames, the creators of these green shades say that each batch will be exclusive and limited edition in its own way. To get one as soon as the production hits running you can pledge $65for the ones with Carl Zeiss lenses and $80 for the polarized ones.
