Magnetic levitation trains and the Aero-Train are both future concepts, but the reason as to why the Aero-Train concept is being talked about pretty often is cuz this train can travel at very high speeds with reasonable energy consumption and noise levels without the technical complexity and expensive tracks of magnetic levitation. The train can travel at an altitude of 10 cm at the rate of 500 km/h by ground effect. Well, this future high speed transportation system promises to be a zero emission train that exhausts neither carbon dioxide nor nitrogen. It is aimed to begin to serve by 2020.
